Please first read the brief info below and then if you still need to, contact us using the form on this page. That way we can then deal with your request faster and get back to you ASAP.

It’s important you use the form on this page before sending an item back, as that way we can provide the correct address for the product you purchased. Items are sent from different warehouses, so the returns address can vary.

Firstly we’re sorry to hear this and secondly you’ve been really unlucky. Our parcels are well packed and our carriers (Royal Mail or DPD), are usually great. Also the standard of workmanship in our lingerie is first class, so manufacturing faults are also extremely rare. However if your lingerie does have a fault, we’ll arrange a replacement straight away. Just Contact Us or use this pages Returns Form, and we’ll get straight onto sorting it for you.

You’ve up to 30 days to change your mind on an order – as long as the item isn’t used or any lingerie tags or packaging seals aren’t broken or removed. Again, just use this Returns Form to let us know and we’ll send out the returns address to you. If you want to cancel, you’ll need to Contact Us ASAP as our ordering and dispatch is automated and parcels leave our warehouse fast!

It’s important that when you receive your lingerie, *do not* remove any labels or tags until you’re happy the item fits. Also don’t ‘trash’ any packaging, you’ll need it all to return any items.

You can try on lingerie for size and fit just like you would in a high street shop. But the first time, make sure you try intimate adult lingerie on ‘over’ another item of clothing – hygiene etc.

We can’t refund or accept returns for items worn, soiled, marked, washed, smelling of perfume or smoke, no tags, no packaging (etc., etc.), unless the fault is with a manufacturing defect in which case all items are covered by a 6 month ‘fair wear and tear’ warranty. We also cannot refund any delivery charges as this part of our service to you has been completed, unless again, the return is due to a manufacturing fault or damaged on arrival.
