Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept almost all major credit and debit card payments and PayPal payments. If you are shopping from a non GB Pound country, such as other European countries, Australia or the USA, remember the final price will be converted from GB Pounds to your local currency by your payment provider.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of such an error, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
All items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class, First Class Recorded or by Next-Working-Day Special Delivery services, depending on order value or the choices you make at checkout.
Normal basic shipping costs to the UK are £2.50 for the first item, then £0.50 for each additional item.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after approximately 1:00pm on Fridays will be dispatched by Royal Mail on Mondays (normally for delivery on Tuesday).
Prices on our website are shown full and final (no further taxes are applied).
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using extremely safe Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. They are not held in clear text on any computer. Also at no time do we have access to your credit card details unless your order was placed offline in which case no information is kept on record after processing.
All lingerie items are covered by a 6 month ‘fair wear and tear’ warranty.

Please advise us prior to returning any items your intention and reason for doing so. This will enable us to deal with the goods much more efficiently. Also the returns address can vary depending on the items purchased. The office address is not normally the returns address. For Returns Authorisation, please use this Returns Form.
You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. If you return part or all of your order we cannot refund any delivery charges as this part of our service to you has been completed.
Please note that all items returned must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return.
